Our Monday meeting is at The Center at 801 W. Bartlett Road in Bartlett, IL (Telephone: 630.837.4061). The Center is housed in the Immaculata Congregational Home of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis.
The Center is off of West Bartlett Road, 1/3 mile East of Rt. 59 (1 mile South of Rt. 20; 5 miles North of Rt. 64). As you turn into the grounds, you will see a sign on the left that reads: Claire Oaks, Claire Woods Academy, The Center. Follow the drive and bear left. You will pass a large residential facility on the right. Turn right onto a horseshoe drive and the entrance to the facility.

Cross R.R. tracks; turn right
From the South via I-355
I-355 North; follow Rockford signs
after Army Trail toll booth
Exit Thorndale;
Left onto Thorndale (West)
Continue on Elgin-O'Hare Express,
Exit Lake Street (Rt. 20)
Right onto Rt. 20 (West)
Left onto Oak Ave (South)
Cross R.R. tracks; turn right
